We have been quietly redesigning venture capital

There is no denying that technology has profoundly shifted how we work. While most people have been busy automating the playbooks of the past, we have been throwing them out. It's time to let go of what used to work
and embrace an entirely new epoch of human history.

When anyone can generate a flawless deck, analysis is ambient, and signal is generated with a prompt. What's left is the part that can't be generated: how a founder thinks when the plan breaks, how a team tells each other the truth when the truth is expensive, how fast either can change their mind when reality change the rules.

That was always what we were trying to price. We just used other indicators because looking directly was hard. Human capital was always the real asset. The machines just cleared away everything that let us pretend otherwise.
